All STL files have now been delivered to our awesome Kickstarter Backers and Pre-Order customers, so today we announce their availability for purchase on MyMiniFactory. While the release period between fulfillment and general sales was short, our Backers and Pre-Order customers will be happy to see they saved big by being an early supporter! Once again, thank you all for making this possible.

STL files have been sent to backers and pre-order customers!

Today is an exciting day and milestone for Idols of Torment! 

We have delivered all of the stl files to our backers and pre-order store customers.

You will receive an email notification from My Mini Factory prompting you to redeem your files. A few things of note:

• If you do not have an existing MMF account clicking "Redeem Here" will prompt you to create an account, which will then give you access to the files.
• The files will be available on your account to download whenever you want, as many times as you want.
• If you purchased both the Game Pieces Set and 72 Idols STL sets, you will receive an email for each of them separately. 

If you did not receive the email be sure to check your promotions and spam folders before contacting us.

The email you receive will look like this, and has simple instructions to follow:

2023: Idols of Torment Fulfillment

That's a wrap! 

As we wish you all a Happy New Year, we also hit a major milestone with the Pledge Manager - orders are now locked, pre-orders are now closed, and we therefore have our final lists for production and fulfillment.

Thanks to everyone for taking the time to complete the survey and the required actions. At this stage,  you will have addressed any fees (shipping, taxes, and applicable changes) by using PayPayl or putting a credit card on file. While the PayPal transactions were completed instantly, the credit cards have not yet been processed. In BackerKit, this is called the "Charge Cards" date - we will be completing this step on January 6th, 2023. 

We will give ourselves a week for the financials to settle and then we hit the first stage of rewards: STL files (3D Models). We know a lot of you are excited... We are happy to say that anyone who backed a package with the STL files (Kickstarter Special/Deluxe Complete Game Pre-Order, or the All-In Package) - or added the STL files to their pledge or pre-order - will receive those files on January 13th, 2023. This includes:

• Game Pieces Set - STL (3D Models)
• All 72 Idol Models - STL (3D Models)

STL files will be delivered through MyMiniFactory. If you do not yet have a profile on their site, you will need to set one up. More information will be provided in advance of the STL delivery date.

For the few who still require some actions with their surveys - we will continue to reach out to you so we can resolve and you can receive your rewards! 

2023 will be filled with stages of rewards. This is the year you start to play Idols of Torment.

Hey everyone, it's time for an update!  

FINALIZING RULES

As the Kickstarter campaign came to a close, we got right back to the tabletop! With the core rules having a firm grasp on the hearts of our playtesting community (and the guys at Play On Tabletop), we headed into the final stages of refinement. This included a deep dive into some new mechanics to support the wide range of scenarios.  There are too many cool mechanics to describe, but the ones we are most excited about sharing are the rules for Guardians...statues of frozen Angels and Demons coming back to life? YES! Roaming creatures in The Echo? YES! Heroic Lost taking up arms and trying to save the others? YES! The Guardians rules will facilitate these sorts of things and serve a HUGE role in creating official and community made scenarios, and future expansions. They utilize the same core Echo Cards used to drive the behaviour and decisions of the Lost (but with a twist!), making the Echo Deck a fundamental engine in all Idols of Torment gameplay. 

With lots of completed games to evaluate, this final stage of refinement gave us an opportunity to look at some data and make a few tweaks in a few Idol Class Stat Blocks and the bonuses for things like Obscured and Combat Advantage. We took a long look at the math and made some minor adjustments that will adjust the probabilities ever so slightly - enough to make everything conclusively more dynamic and rewarding for strategic gameplay.

We are feeling really good about this final draft and are now heading into final layout.

SECOND SPRUE

Another very exciting update - the machining for the second sprue included in the Game Pieces Set has been completed. The mold is done and we have a batch of test run sprues in hand! They look great. This is a MAJOR process and milestone completed before we have even closed the Pre-Order Store. We are considering having the production run made in gold plastic so they will look great even when unpainted. What do you think?

PLEDGE MANAGER DEADLINE

If you have not yet completed your survey in the pledge manager (pay for your shipping and applicable taxes, enter mailing address, and select add ons) please do so ASAP! The pledge manager and Pre-Order Store will be closing on December 30th. If you don't complete your survey, we cannot deliver the product you've already paid for. 

Digital products will not be made available to the general public until we have fulfilled them to our backers, and physical products likely wont' be available to purchase again until we do an expansion Kickstarter for the game. If you want any additional physical products for yourself, a friend, or your local community, time is running out to get them!
